Alongside our clinical work, Silm Centre for Mental Health consults to schools, workplaces, professional groups, and community organizations. This work draws on the same clinical expertise as our therapy and assessment services, applied at the level of teams, programs, and systems: understanding mental health, preventing burnout, building trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice, and supporting the people who support everyone else.

- Sexual health education and consultation — led by Dr. Rahima Alani, a physician whose areas include sexual health, contraception, and 2SLGBTQ+ health
- Clinical consultation — case consultation and program consultation for teams and organizations.
- Clinical supervision — supervision for clinicians practising outside Silm Centre for Mental Health, offered by Dr. Taslim Alani-Verjee.
- Organizational consultation — support for workplaces thinking through staff well-being, psychological safety, and sustainable practice
