ADHD Skills and Support Group for Adults

Join us for our ADHD Skills and Support Group for Adults

• When a cohort is running, sessions are held virtually weekly via Zoom
• Content will cover psychoeducation on ADHD, strategies to increase attention and focus, skills for understanding and managing emotions
• This group is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming
• Open to residents of Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick
• Cost: $100/session + $125 for initial screening
• May be covered by extended health benefits (psychological services)
