Join us for our ADHD Skills and Support Group for Adults
- Starting Tuesday October 8, 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM
- Will occur virtually weekly via Zoom
- Content will cover psychoeducation on ADHD, strategies to increase attention and focus, skills for understanding and managing emotions
- This group is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming
- Open to residents of Ontario and Quebec
- Cost: $100/session + $125 for initial screening
- May be covered by extended health benefits (psychological services)
