ANYA RAMESHWAR
Anya Rameshwar is a doctoral level practicum student, providing psychotherapy and psychological services to adolescents and adults under the supervision of Dr. Taslim Alani-Verjee. Currently completing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School, Anya uses an integrative and client-led approach rooted in trauma-informed care. She draws on psychodynamic, developmental, and attachment theories, blending techniques from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Adlerian principles.
